AI Accelerator · January and February 2027

Six weeks. From prompting to problem-solving. Recordings, slides, prompts, homework and resources for every session, added as each one runs.

Your cohort

The next Accelerator starts Monday 18 January.

The team adds you to your cohort when your place is confirmed. Until then you can see how the six weeks run.

Step 1

Get set up

Do these before week 1, so you can build from the first session. Each one drops off the list once you tick it.

Step 2

Your six weeks

Each week opens when it starts. Recordings, slides, prompts and homework go up after each session.

  1. Week 1 · From Monday 18 January

    Opens Mon 18 Jan

Foundations · From prompting to problem-solving

The mindset shift, the five tools through a sustainability lens, and your first context doc.

  2. Week 2 · From Monday 25 January

    Opens Mon 25 Jan

    Your week, automated

Spot the workflow eating your week. Build your first reusable Skill with /commands.

  3. Week 3 · From Monday 1 February

    Opens Mon 1 Feb

    Your data, your edge

Choosing what Claude can read, setting your guardrails, and your first build in Claude Code. Maddie turned a 60-question supplier spreadsheet into a 3-minute form and a live dashboard, and Chris Servin showed the coral monitoring and donor pages he built for I Care.

  4. Week 4 · From Monday 8 February

    Opens Mon 8 Feb

    Creative voice

Trust, ethics and your creative voice. Spotting AI slop, building a brand image skill from your own references, why image generation is token heavy, and two routes from one report: Google's tools for a fast start, Claude Code with skills and plug-ins for work that's on-brand and in your voice.

  5. Week 5 · From Monday 15 February

    Opens Mon 15 Feb

Going enterprise · with AuraPath AI

Enterprise AI with Brandon Slicklein and Travis Johnson of AuraPath AI, both Claude Ambassadors. Personal versus enterprise accounts, where your data goes and how long it stays, a green, yellow and red guide to what you can share, connector and memory settings, keeping people in charge of decisions about people, and how to roll AI out across a team with builders, champions and users.

  6. Week 6 · From Monday 22 February

    Opens Mon 22 Feb

    Showcase + your blueprint

Present what you have built. Walk out with the blueprint for the next ten Skills you will build.

Step 3

Your year

The six-week Accelerator sits inside phase 2. The Collective year runs in four phases, and the weeks above stay here for reference after your cohort ends.

  1. Phase 1 · Days 1 to 30

    Write your personal AI policy

You decide how you will and will not use AI in your own work, and you write it down.

Write it with the AI policy starter kit
  2. Phase 2 · Months 1 to 3 · The Accelerator

Map the risks, the opportunities and the stack

Through the 6-week accelerator: a risk and opportunity view, a review of the tools already in use, and a draft policy for your team.

  3. Phase 3 · Months 3 to 6

Build an agentic system on a real workflow

One impact workflow, rebuilt with AI doing the parts it should, inside the policy you wrote. This is where your chosen climate skill lands.

  4. Phase 4 · Months 6 to 12

    Lead the change

The policy signed off where you work, your team using it, and a before and after you can show.
